Napoli Farms is a family-owned and operated, certified small business produce distributor, founded in 2012. Our family started Napoli Farms to help San Diegans have more access to affordable and locally grown "clean" fruits and vegetables. We saw a disconnect: a vibrant but struggling Organic farming community, high prices for Organic fruits and vegetables and local businesses that didn't have time to juggle multiple relationships with farmers.
If your business or institution would like to start buying more local and Organic produce, we are a one-stop solution for procuring from multiple growers... from multiple pallets of greens to partial pallets of locally grown persimmons or tangerines per week. We can help you consistently source staples from multiple growers throughout the year or help you meet a specific production deadline for various products. We also love helping with educational materials to connect your clients to the farmers and food they are eating!
The Napoli Farms Story
My great-grandfather walked door-to-door in the Italian neighborhoods of Brooklyn at the turn of the century, selling olive oil and provolone that he carried over his shoulders. With the tenacity of my grandfather and father, this business grew into Napoli Foods, Inc. a major purveyor of Italian staples to hundreds of Italian restaurants lining the Long Island peninsula.
As a San Diego-raised 4th generation Sicilian and food distributor, I bring you Napoli Farms, a wholesale organic produce distribution business committed to connecting your San Diego business or institution to the abundance of our local organic farms.
